Options & concept development

We help you to see the potential and possibilities

We work with you, often even before architects are involved, to help you understand what you want from your space, and how best to achieve this, whether by build, rebuild, redesign or refresh. We present you, quickly, with some options for you to act upon.

Design development

We take care of all the details of the design

We work up the design from concept to a fully developed design. We specify the floorplans, lighting and electrical, joinery, colours, fixtures and fittings, and furniture and furnishings.

Documentation & trades liaison

We take the headaches away

We document the design to ensure that builders and trades know exactly what they need to do. We use our unparalleled connections to source, brief and liaise with almost any artisanal trade, from joiners and lighting designers, to wall and floor specialists, to creators of bespoke furnishings, furniture, wallpapers and objects.

Sourcing & purchasing

We source the best for you to ensure that you do not spend money unnecessarily

Using our unique contacts with hard-to-find suppliers, we negotiate on your behalf to get the best furniture, decorative objects, art works and fixtures and fittings.

Commissioning & custom design

We work with the most interesting and well-respected craftspeople

We design joinery and items specifically for a project to ensure that they best meet our client’s needs. We use our unparalleled connections to source, brief and liaise with almost any artisanal trade, from joiners and lighting designers, to wall and floor specialists, to creators of bespoke furnishings, furniture, wallpapers and objects.

Styling & finalisation

We make everything look amazing

Once a project is completed and everything is delivered, we style the space so it looks amazing, arranging books, objects and artworks to maximum  effect.
